The state large group music festival was a big success today. The Concert Choir, Men's Glee, Women's Glee, and Band all got 1 ratings.

HS Student Council sponsored a food drive called Hunger Games this week. Mr. Oelke, Mr. North, Mrs. Baldner, and Mr. Kroeker had the most donations and competed to not get a pie in the face.


The sophomore class is having a fundraising night at Pizza Hut on Thursday, April 18 from 5:00-10:00. The class will earn a portion of the sales that night.

Returning yearbook staff members Trudy Hein, Gabi Sibayan, Quinlyn Funk, Addison Jost and Phoebe Moss traveled to the National JEA/NSPA Conference this weekend, where their 2023 Yearbook, Our Time to Shine, was awarded 10th place in the Best of Show Yearbook, small book (108-223 pages) category. This was an amazing honor, as HHS was the only Kansas school to break the top ten in this category. Congratulations yearbook staff!
