Parent Teacher Conferences
Elementary and Middle School will be hosting Conferences this Thurs. Feb. 11, 2010.

Second semester Parent/Teacher conferences will be on Thursday, February 11 from 3:30 to 9:30 at both the Hillsboro Elementary and Hillsboro Middle Schools.
At the Elementary:
To relieve some of the wait times for 4th & 5th grade parents, we would ask that all families whose names end in the letters A-K come during the 3:30-6:30 time slot. Families whose names end in L-Z should come from 6:30-9:30. If your 4th/5th grade time slot doesn’t work, don’t hesitate to come at the alternate time. We’re trying to cut down on wait times in the gym where 4th and 5th grade conferences will take place on a first come first serve basis as in the past.
At the Middle School:
Conferences will be in the classrooms.
In Mrs. Melton's room: Mrs. Melton, Mr. Oelke, and Mrs. Buchholz
In The Learning Lab: Mrs. Loewen, Mrs. Just and Mr. Walker
In Mrs. Wienck's room: Mrs. Wienck, Mrs. Janzen, Mrs. Faul, and Mr. Coryea
In Mrs. Sinclair's room: Mrs. Sinclair, Mrs. Bartel, and Mr. Brown
Just come at whatever time works in your schedule.
